It has been a long week. I have kept my commitment to walk every day for 8

days so far. It has not been easy, and I can't really say it has been fun. But I know it is worth it. I am not sure what the scale will say come Wednesday, however I am proud of the changes I have been making. It has been a bit easier this time around. While I put the weight back on, I have maintained some healthy lifestyle changes. For example, water is my drink of choice most days. Soda is a rare treat unless it is Sunday and time for a whiskey. No whiskey tonight, however.

The last two days have been a bit of a struggle between wanting to do nothing and everything all at once. Truth be told, I should have been able to knock out all of my chores in one day. But I did it in two. I meal prepped today and got all of my clean clothes put away. I even washed my bedding. I am tired tonight, but I feel accomplished. To end the weekend tired and accomplished means it was all worth it.

Meal prepping is making its way back into my routine. This time around, I am not currently tracking calories. I am finding healthier meals to make for myself and eating in smaller portions. I have cut out junk food and fast food. Not to say that a cheat meal won't happen in the next 167 days. I had a large lunch on Friday and ended up fasting for 24 hours. Just got busy and wasn't hungry. Saturday, my partner and I went out for sushi and I took down 4 rolls. Far less than what I used to do. That is the end of my update today. Hope everyone had a good week. Bishop :(:
